Skillet Breakfast
I love all the skillet breakfast on Sunday but that pleases me more than all ;-) I read, sometimes I think I cook lunch and above all something special . . just for me!. The bread pan is a tradition in the family home, do not throw away the bread that never leads to the iron skillet breakfast toast the slices of bread the day before. This time I had advanced but a very good bread loaves of wheat bought dall'UMM ;-)) as I was going to wine bars (;-)) and since we had also eaten the last crumbs of bread muffins ;-). Spalmatina one side of tahini, rice malt syrup and filled with other cramberries and raisins soaked in hot tea. Toasted in a skillet, even a little burnt '(I know it does not, but I like it . . ) and eaten hot. For the rush I had read "in the pan PENS: skillet breakfast on Sunday"! I took a shot! Okay, macrobiotics, but the pasta for skillet breakfast too! ;-D. gra . . sure! But Get Organized for a stretcher. . Umm not hold the alcohol and after he would have shot down the first sparkling wine sis worse than the 4 guys who have risen from verona vinitaly (have sung for 15 minutes and then you have good sleeping up to milan . . improvvisamnete; DD) . what a beautiful day !!!!!. Anonymous . . mica is a trick, macrobiotics is just a way to tie your diet to your body and way of life, in a non-punitive, but salutary. and then it depends on what you eat with bread and how you move. ;-). I move a lot, macrobiotics can also speed up metabolism but it is an analysis that is done on a personal basis . . as far as I'm concerned I eat bread, but also a lot of other blogs and I think it gives an idea. ;-). . . .
